Sibi Mathai, our founder, holds a diploma in Automobile Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College in Kalamassery, Kerala. He further pursued his education and obtained a B.Com, B.Sc, and M.Sc, as well as an M.Phil in Applied Psychology. Additionally, he completed a Post Graduate Program in Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Sibi has also undergone Toyota Management Training in Japan 2018 and has represented India in the Volvo Technical Championship held in Sweden, Australia and Brazil. Sibi also successfully completed Executive Program in Corporate Management from Japan under the sponsorship of Ministry of Economics, Trade and Industry, Govt of Japan in 2023.

Apart from his academic and professional achievements, Sibi is an enthusiastic driver, road safety trainer, and a research scholar in Road Safety. He actively participates in various outdoor sports such as running, cycling, and golfing. Furthermore, he is an aquaphile who finds joy in activities like scuba diving, free diving, and kayaking in rivers and the sea.
