About Vista

Vista Motors began its journey on February 1, 2005, as a Service and Parts dealer for Volvo Trucks and Volvo Buses in the South Indian state of Kerala. On February 21, 2005, our first Service Center in Kalamassery, Cochin, was inaugurated by Mr. Berndt Jakobsson, Vice President after sales, Volvo India, and Mr. Akash Passey, Vice President, Volvo Bus-South Asia. Later, in July 2006, the company was entrusted with additional responsibilities for the state of Tamilnadu. Since its inception in 2005, the company has experienced rapid growth, increasing its business more than tenfold in just 8 years.

On March 16, 2012, Vista opened its flagship Service Center in Chennai, the first Volvo Bus Center in India. In the same year, on December 19, Vista expanded its operations by opening a second fully-fledged Service Center and Corporate office in Chandiroor, Kochi,Kerala. In addition to these two workshops, Vista supports customers in various locations such as Trivandrum, Coimbatore, Neyveli, and Tuticorin, spread across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Starting from February 1, 2018, Vista was appointed as the Service Dealer for Volvo Buses in the state of Karnataka as well. The company's main business is the repair and maintenance of Volvo Trucks and Buses in the states of Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu, as well as the sale of spare parts.

Our sister concern, Vista Marine & Hydraulics, serves as the 3S (Sales, Service & Spares) dealer for Volvo Penta Marine and Industrial Engines in the state of Kerala. Volvo Penta, a part of Volvo AB, Sweden, is a more than 100-year-old company and a global leader in marine leisure and high-performance engines and drives.

In August 2020, Vista expanded its operations by starting the wholesale distribution of Hero Motocorp Spare Parts in the Ernakulam District of Kerala.

In January 2023, Vista was appointed as the authorized 3S dealer for Greaves Electric Mobility 3-Wheelers (Diesel, CNG, and Electric Passenger and Cargo Vehicles) in Ernakulam and Idukki Districts. The facility was inaugurated by Mr. Nagaraju Chakilam IPS, City Police Commissioner and IGP on 21st December, 2022

Vista Motors has received several awards and achievements over the years. In 2011, the company was awarded the Best Volvo Service Dealer in India, and in 2012, it received the 'Service Excellence Award' during the dealer conference held in Phuket, Thailand. In 2014, Vista was once again recognized as the best dealer. In 2011, two teams from Vista Motors became India's top performers in a technical skill competition and represented India in Sydney,

Australia. The Vista Cochin workshop achieved the highest score among Indian dealerships in the Volvo Global Dealer Operating Standards assessment in 2015. In 2018, a team from Vista Cochin represented India at the World Semi-finals of the Vista Championship in Sweden and reached the finals, which were held in Curitiba, Brazil. Out of 20,000 teams from 120 countries, only 40 teams made it to the world final.
